Child Policy
- Children aged 3 and under are free of charge (parents are responsible for their care, meals, and any entrance fees if applicable). Only 1 child under 3 is allowed per 2 accompanying adults. The second child and onwards will be charged 50% of the tour price.
- Children from 4 to 9 years old will be charged 75% of the adult tour price. They will have separate meals and can share accommodation with parents, with sightseeing tickets included.
- Children aged 10 and above will be charged at the adult tour price.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation if made at least 48 hours before the tour departure time. (A 5% service fee applies for processing and refund handling — standard across all paid bookings.)
- Cancellations made between 48 hours and 4:30 PM the day before departure: 30% charge.
- Cancellations after 4:30 PM the day before or on the tour day: 100% charge.
