Child Policy

  • Children under 3 years old: Free of charge (no services included).
  • Children from 3 to 9 years old: 75% of adult price.
  • Each pair of adults may accompany up to 2 children under 10 years old. The 3rd child is charged at 100% adult price.
  • If a child travels with only one adult, the child is charged as an adult.
  • Infant rates apply only if the infant does not require a separate seat or service. Please notify us in advance if traveling with an infant.

Cancel Policy

  • Free cancellation if made at least 48 hours before the tour departure time. (A 5% service fee applies for processing and refund handling — standard across all paid bookings.)
  • Cancellations made between 48 hours and 4:30 PM the day before departure: 30% charge.
  • Cancellations after 4:30 PM the day before or on the tour day: 100% charge.

  • Pick-up and drop-off are available only for centrally located hotels/accommodations in central Ho Chi Minh City (formerly District 1).

  • Drop-off time may vary depending on traffic and weather conditions.

  • We are not responsible for any lateness caused by the guest.
